I love mince pies! There was a time when I’d eat batches and batches of them during Christmas and gain about 10 pounds over the holidays. Your mince pies look perfect! And I agree on developing a ear for Shakespeare because the first few times we did a bunch of his plays, I was like, “What?” :)

I was the perpetual student that couldn’t get it, but I’m prone to reading manuals on my iPad, although, I do have the attention span the size of a nat. I appreciate English Lit, but I barely, and I mean barely passed that class. I should give it a good read now, as an adult, I don’t know why I never gravitated toward English Lit, but I have a true appreciation for those who do.

It went over my head too,and I could barely site through any of the movie remakes as well “wink”. I was never really into English Lit, at all, I prefer to read manuals, and gadgetry type magazines, it’s hard for me to find a good book that really reels me in, and keeps my attention (but then again I have an attention span the size of a nat) although, I prefer to read them on iPad when I do, esp my camera manual!

gorgeous pics. the pies look lovely. shakespeare goes over my head.. i just don’t get it. i remember in high school being so clueless in english class when we were reading shakespeare. very nice pie. :-)
