Thanks for sharing – I grew up in a very Jewish area and don’t think I ever knew the whole story of Passover – but do remember school serving peanut butter and jelly on matzo each year! The meringue’s look lovely and the cherry blossom flavour a delicious addition!

I love the flavor of cherry blossom, although I’ve only had cherry blossom flavored foods when we were in Japan. But it’s such a delicate, intoxicating flavor–wonderful! Your meringues are absolutely gorgeous!
