Wow a baked mashed potato salad sounds amazing!! I’m so in need of a ricer, would definitely help out big time! Seriously, drooling over the thought of this recipe. Yum!

I know, I know lol but what to do with left over mash and pancetta, and not enough butter. It is really good, and in small portions, not too over indulgent.
