How interesting! I’ve never had peanut butter in a soup, but I can imagine the creaminess being wonderful.

Never tried pumpkin or squash with peanut butter yet, but it sounds like a great combination. The sour cream seems to balance the sweetness of the sweet pumpkin and peanut butter. Very nice soup!
