Continuing with our menu for the ancient holiday dinner we present to you the side dishes, which are unique, flavorful and make a pleasing presentation. The first is kale with coriander sauce and the second is poppy turnips. Both recipes are found in The Philosopher’s Kitchen by Francine Segan. The Caucasus Mountains give the name to the region known as the Caucasus. The mountain range between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea forms part of the traditional border between Europe and Asia.
